Hi I hve tm800hd one meter moterised dish located in london. I am trying to open channels on 4.8E sirius 4 the only channels i can open are from the ukraine cannot open from any other country not even fta. can you help a newbe out. :confused:

You might have a corrupted sat.XML and try and download one from here for all the sats you want.

Also have you set up your tuner for motorised?

hi a bit more info the channels i want to open are getting snr74% ber 0 freq 11747000 symbolrate 27500000 . I know pub near me can open viasat and other channels on one meter dish so think iam in footprint. I dont have problem with oter sats and channels. thank for your help.:confused:

The channels on that transponder are encrypted. So unless you have an official subscription, which subscribes to those channels, then you will not be able to open them...

How about the fat channels on 11996? Do they show a picture?

hi, i have only a 90cm dish with a snr of 68%, i can view the channels ok, nothing wrong with your signal strength. Try viewing BBC world on freq 11977000 SR 2750000.

sorry it has taken so long to get back to all who have tried to help me. (internet has been down) the problem was a dodgey card.
