hi,

i have install vix image on et 9000. i install all plugins what i need and want make a backup.
1.i make a backup about vix backup tool to usb, after this i want flash the image with usb stick
but the et 9000 dont flash the image

can you help me

How are you restoring the backup, its not just a question of flashing in the normal way as the file is not in the root of the USB.
You can try the image restore function or put the ET9000 folder in the root on its own and than flash in the normal way.

Hi there and good day.

I tried to make a backup of the image and tried to restore it using both the restore function and the flash with usb method.

But it wouldnt boot.

Actually in the restore function it said that the file boot.bin was missing.

I did try a backup earlier before i upgraded and it worked fine.

I copied boot.bin file from a earlier backup and put it in the folder of my new backup and it restored perfectly.

Has there been any changes in the backup tool lately ?
