Anyone know how / if there is a download file or how to set up EPG for the Spiderbox 9900? I am only able to see now and next info - New to all this so any help would really be appreciated

I bought the spiderbox HD 9900 on october 2011 and I stoped use it 9 months ago. Now I'm trying to install it again in another place and the ethernet is always not connected. I allready instal the last patch from March and the problem continue. I loaded a softcam too but noting happens.
I would like to Know if I am the only one with this problem and how can i solve it.

There is no ethernet on the spiderbox the server has been closed. If you have a look on the spiderbox forum there are details of the alternative on there

But what are the alternatives you are talking about?
I am new on this and I don´t understand how to make it work without ethernet connection.
