Sound disappers

Hi all,

I finally got my vu+ duo working with my subscription card, but when I change channels the sound goes off until I unplug the HDMI cable and replace it. It does not appear to be a bad connection though.

Just noticed sound comes on if I select digital downmix in A/V settings !

you can set that to permenent preferent where ac3 is available it will be first choice

go to setup/system/audio lanuguage selection

and choose prefer ac3 -- yes
