missing children channels vix 2.1

im using vix 2.1 with silverfox 786 bouquete for sky
i did a rescan and after that some channels are not showing they are pop girl ,kix,tiny pop ,cartoonito
is there a change in the frequency
or do i have to update the bouquete
any comments thanks
