Green screen problem

when i go to setup, service searching, satfinder, i get a green screen ?!!
here is the crash log

Had a read of your crash log, and to be honest, do not fully understand what I read, but this is a basic image issue, and surgest to me, that the image is corrupt, I would down load the latest VIX image, and over write your existing image

please run a software update, your on a slightly older version (version=2.2.109) current is 2.2.110
