Can`t find Tring Sports

Hello,I have a spiderbox 9000hd with "free gift" I have installed the Eutelsat W2 Sat but can`t find Tring Sports, I want to watch the premiership games today
all the other free channels don`t seem to show the premiership football. What other channels/Satallites can I get the Premiership on

Could someone write me a quick guide how to get tring channel on the spiderbox HD9000. I am new to this and dont have a clue! Do I have to move my dish at all?

I purchased the Spiderbox 9000HD and had a Motorised system installed to get the premiership games, I was told the free gift would let me have the games on Tring Sports (Eutelsat 16.0 e) but yesterday the only game I could find was on Canal +. I have Eutelsat "loaded" but it doesn`t include the Tring channels . I`ve looked in
to buying a viewing card but they seem to be really expensive. Can anybody give me advice where to go from here. My "patch" is working as I have the Service + channels listed but no premiership football. Thank`s
