FinWeather2 plugin is a finnish language plugin that loads weather estimates for most finnish cities from the leading local weather service (ilmatieteenlaitos.fi) and shows you upcoming weather data, rains, winds, moisture etc.

Notice that this plugin is made to support HD skins only, especially the LT6 HD skin.
