I ask if exist a system of something else to probe or test if a tuner works rights or not.
I'm thinking that tuner B it's broken.
There I can purchase spare parts if exist?

What makes you think Tuner B is broken?

Record any prog then flick through a load of channels, if you can view all of them, I'd say Tuner B is fine.

easy way is to just disable tuner A and see what you get
