This usually means the channel is not broadcasting. Do a full rescan and see if it picks up the new channel as IIRC MGMHD has had a frequency change.

do a manual rescan on 12012 V 29500 3/4 that will pull it back in.
frequency change not yet listed on KOS

it's working rite now on the frequency i posted. after the scan did you look in the new channels category ?

Dont zap to the one in your bouquet, when in channel list press red and than trawl down until you find MGM HD and after a rescan like Phenoix said it will be in the list. You will need to move to your bouqets manually by pressing menu and add
