- vfd: cyrillic/greek charactermap improvements
- scart: fix slowblanking
- alsa: fix playback of high bitrate pcm data
- fix mute status of ac3 in passthrough mode
- add 'use_advanced_remote
- add hdmi-cec ioctl

Thanks for posting them Basset, member please not that they must only be used in images using the latest kernal 2.6.31. The current ViX public images still uses the old kernal.
