Hey Mate...From what i have read and gathered i understand that they are making note of issues that are reported however they are not replying back.

I'll be honest here, I've never managed to get a reply back as of yet, but I've been told their technical dept on the send suggestion link, do read the emails.

I contacted them on two different ocasions, and both times they replied within a day.
