I have no idea about the cause, other then suggesting you to check the tuner configuration. I understand that trying to open the providers-section already causes this crash, correct?
For the rest all I can say is that ABM works fine here.

Please try it again, but first set up ABM to 'expert-mode', and activate extra debug logging. Also activate the debug logs, restart E2 and try again. After the run/crash, please upload your debug log.

PS: next time please add a log as attachment, not by copying the contents. That makes it far more easy for us to handle it.

What image are you using? Release 4.2.009? There where some changes to ABM while 4.2.009 was being built, in some boxs but not others. Can you check the latest setup.py from Github https://github.com/oe-alliance/AutoBouquetsMaker/blob/master/AutoBouquetsMaker/src/setup.py

MUST BE A FRESH FLASH AND SETUP /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker
 
Unzip the following file. Replace the existing one in
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker
