    I can't reproduce this, but I flashed & re-setup my box on build 013. If this issue remains, I would do the same.

    Same here.
    This is the issue:

    root@mbtwin:~# opkg list-upgradable
    openvix-enigma2 - 4.1-r2 - 4.1-r3
    and an attempt to upgrade to that produces:

    root@mbtwin:~# opkg upgrade
    Upgrading openvix-enigma2 from 4.1-r2 to 4.1-r3 on root.
    Downloading http://www.openvix.co.uk/feeds/openv...4.1-r3_all.ipk.
    Installing enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport (1.0+git115+a1f245a-r33.4) on root.
    Downloading http://www.openvix.co.uk/feeds/openv...4_mips32el.ipk.
    Installing epgimport-rytec (20160328-r3) on root.
    Downloading http://www.openvix.co.uk/feeds/openv...328-r3_all.ipk.
    To remove package debris, try `opkg remove epgimport-rytec`.
    To re-attempt the install, try `opkg install epgimport-rytec`.
    Configuring enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport.
    Collected errors:
    * pkg_get_installed_files: Failed to open ///var/lib/opkg/info/enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport.list: No such file or directory.
    * pkg_get_installed_files: Failed to open ///var/lib/opkg/info/enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport.list: No such file or directory.
    * check_data_file_clashes: Package epgimport-rytec wants to install file /etc/epgimport/rytec.sources.xml
    But that file is already provided by package * xmltvimport-rytec
    * check_data_file_clashes: Package epgimport-rytec wants to install file /etc/epgimport/satmate.sources.xml
    But that file is already provided by package * xmltvimport-rytec
    an attempt to remove xmltvimport-rytec produces:
    root@mbtwin:/media/hdd/GMLbits# opkg remove xmltvimport-rytec
    No packages removed.
    Collected errors:
    * print_dependents_warning: Package xmltvimport-rytec is depended upon by packages:
    * print_dependents_warning: enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport
    * print_dependents_warning: These might cease to work if package xmltvimport-rytec is removed.

    * print_dependents_warning: Force removal of this package with --force-depends.
    * print_dependents_warning: Force removal of this package and its dependents
    * print_dependents_warning: with --force-removal-of-dependent-packages.
    To get it removed I had to force removal of xmltvimport-rytec and enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport with:

    Code:
    opkg --force-depends remove xmltvimport-rytec enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport
    The opkg upgrade then succeeds.

    I then tried installing epgimport-rytec, which produced:
    root@mbtwin:/media/hdd/GMLbits# opkg install epgimport-rytec
    Installing epgimport-rytec (20160328-r3) on root.
    Configuring epgimport-rytec.
    Collected errors:
    * pkg_get_installed_files: Failed to open ///var/lib/opkg/info/epgimport-rytec.list: No such file or directory.
    * pkg_get_installed_files: Failed to open ///var/lib/opkg/info/epgimport-rytec.list: No such file or directory.
    So then went for:
    Code:
    opkg install --force-reinstall enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport epgimport-rytec
    which succeeded with no errors/warnings.

    Same issue with my Solo4K

    Not too worried, but it does keep reporting one update available.

    Or the layman's version version which seems to work for me is to uninstall xmltv import do the update and then add the new version (or use cross EPG) mine seems to have settled down.

    Thanks to everyone for the pointers.

    IMHO this is all wrong. I reflashed an old image to see what happens.
    1- The command should have been: 'opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport', not 'opkg remove xmltvimport-rytec'.
    Code:
    root@Solo2:~# opkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport
    No packages removed.
    Collected errors:
     * print_dependents_warning: Package enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport is depended upon by packages:
     * print_dependents_warning:    openvix-enigma2
     * print_dependents_warning: These might cease to work if package enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport is removed.
     * print_dependents_warning: Force removal of this package with --force-depends.
     * print_dependents_warning: Force removal of this package and its dependents
     * print_dependents_warning: with --force-removal-of-dependent-packages.
    So then:
    Code:
    root@Solo2:~# opkg --force-depends remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport
    Removing package enigma2-plugin-extensions-xmltvimport from root...
    Next:
    Code:
    root@Solo2:~# opkg remove xmltvimport-rytec
    Removing package xmltvimport-rytec from root...
    Next:root@Solo2:~# opkg remove
    Code:
    xmltvimport-library
    Removing package xmltvimport-library from root...
    Now there are no more remains of the old XMLTV-importer.

    2- 'opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport' to get the new version aboard (not anything like 'epgimport-rytec' or 'force depends').

    Or: de-install via the GUI before the update then do the update.
    Or: Flash without plugin restore.

    Just my two cents; works well here.

    Well, I didn't even have Xmltv-Importer or EPG-Importer installed. But, alas, after the upgrade to 013, plugins browser claimed that I have EPG-Importer installed. I made opkg upgrade, which succeeded without complaints, rebooted the box (Vu+ Ultimo) and it stopped notifying. EPG-Importer had dissappeared as well. Everything is fine now.

    A USB reflash with settings and plugins restore sorted it for me.

    Quite possibly, but as I noted, the reason the Green "Update Available" icon was because openvix-enigma2 was still at 4.1-r2 when it should have been updated to 4.1-r3 and just installing/removing epg-import and xmltvimport wouldn't be able to change that.
