    lmao nice pic basset i always get slated ... im the face of VM lol but its tru this should have been fixed ages ago hence why ppl are sending there PS3's back ... its like any customer you dont get the service you pay for (regardless of it being free you still pay for the console) so you want a refund or some re-embursement of some sort. In PS case i think they giving 2 free game downloads and something else
