Losing All settings

Hi

When I leave my Spiderbox HD 9000 on standby overnight it loses all its settings (channels, networks, secret menu etc). Has anyone else suffered a similar problem or might have a sugestion as to cause or possible cure.

load the last patch do factory reset reset key also
now strat again set IP manaul not auto
then setup the rest should be ok
