    VU SOLO not moving Dish

    2 days ago got a VU Solo - It will not move my dish to another satellite - set on 19e
    I am very new to satellites so could be ME - but I used two images the one that came with the box went to a crash/green sceen so i am using VIX 2.0 which has nice sceen however still cannot move the dish. The dish motor works manually.
    I downloaded some plugins to - no use
    I may not understand the Enigma jargon on the nice menu
