Failed to tune HD+ #15 on tuner A

I started receiving an error message from ABM today:
"Failed to tune HD+ #15 on tuner A. Please check the dollowing: The tuner is correctly configured. You can receive the specificied frequency".

Using the "HD+ - Alle Sender" (all stations) bouquet I was able to determine that I can't tune a bunch of stations on transponder 21 on Astra 19.2E -> (Astra 1KR/1L/1M/1N - 11523 MHz H 22000 QPKS-5/6):

Lokal-TV-Portal
Mainfranken
münchen.tv
Niederbayern
Regional Fernsehen Obb.

Ulm-Allgäu

I have a very large dish and 19.2E can be received with a dinner plate where I live so I'm puzzled why this is happening. This transponder does appear to be in the list of pre-defined transponders (on my OpenViX). I ran a custom scan on it but that didn't help eoither.

There's also a totally blank station that obvioulsy won't tune, either on a different transponder: "-" (Astra 1KR/1L/1M/1N - 11111 MHz H 22000 8PKS-2/3)

As far as I can tell I can still tune all HD+ stations. I tested all stations listed in the all stations bouquet.

I've tried "Update config files" but that didn't help. Once I do another scan I receive the same error again. There were no changes to the config files anyway.
I've attached both the debug log plus the ABM log.

Do you remember which services used to be on 11523000?
DO you know which transponder they have moved to?

Sorry, I don't really know. None of the stations are relevant to me.

However, Lyngsat shows the following:

Franken Fernsehen - 10714 H
intv - 11553 H
Lokal-TV-Portal - 11553 H
Mainfranken - 10714 H
münchen.tv - 11553 H
Niederbayern - 10714 H
Regional Fernsehen Obb. - apparently doesn't exist anymore?!
TV Oberfranken - 10714 H
TVA-OTV - 10714 H
Ulm-Allgäu - 11553 H
ATV - apparently doesn't exist anymore?!

Is it possible to rewrite the database somehow? I'd like to remove this error. It's confusing my wife

Navigate to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/providers and delete the #15 file
