updating existing channels when transponder moved.

Im new to using ABM i only used it once to get channels in bouquets then what i have done is manually moved the channels in each bouquet to where i want them in the list. Now some channels have moved transponders so showing tuner failed (e.g BT Sports 2). They are in the all channels list so could just manually swap them but my question is, Does ABM have a way of just replacing the lost channel with the new one so it stays the same as i have customised it in the bouquets? I am worried if I do an ABM scan it will rearrange my bouquets and i will have to manually sort them in the order to my liking again.
I have attached my settings so you can see and advise what i need to change before i scan.
