Extra tuners you may have to buy from one of the German outfits, as they are not that available any more.
The receiver runs fine with 4 sat tuners - thats how I previously had one of my ET8500’s set up.
Thanks. I may start a thread in the General Satellite Talk section to get a confirmation.

Yeah I saw this in the store and it's why I asked the question - I am debating whether it's worth sticking with 2 Tuners on the Xtrend, or buy an extra 2 if I could make use of them. However, I've managed to get Sky to do a free install this morning on a second dish and I'm now wondering if I should just buy Unicable LNB and see if the Sky engineer will install it on the second dish while installing a hybrid LNB on the other dish, so I can make use of the new receivers that feature FBC tuners whenever I upgrade. Decisions decisions.

Not sure what you meant here - the SkyQ LNB is not a unicable LNB, and Sky doesn‘t work with a Unicable LNB

Sky are installing a 2nd Dish for me to use Freesat, so the 2nd dish won't be used for Sky Q - Only for Freesat. Would a Unicable LNB work work with a Sky mini-dish accessing Freesat?

    Hope that clears things up.

Thanks, I am guessing it would be OK, but you need someone who live in the UK to answer, I am not sure of the size and shape of the Sky dish.
