Multi-select in movie list

Hi
I am intending to archive off a whole bunch of recordings from the box HDD to my NAS. I can't find any information about whether multiple recordings can be selected (if so how?)
Is such a way of selecting available?

There are only 10 types of people, those who understand binary and those who don't ......
