It is but it appears there arnt any for sale anymore on the sponsors site. Unless the et8500 tuner will fit the 8000.

This is what you want : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Xtrend-DVB-.../dp/B00K5JAWKE

But none available on amazon either. There are other places you can get them from but i dont want to link them on here, just google et8000 cable tuner.

For DVB-T you can use a USB RTL-SDR dongle. Very cheap on fleabay etc.

If it comes from Germany (likely) then you are lookingat 44 Euro plus postage (cable or C/T), so ronand may have the best answer. ..... if you really need to google then just add preis to the search and it should give the German outfits.

A DVB-C/T2 tuner gives you either C (Cable) or T2 and T (Terrestrial).

I don't think they did one just for T.

Ok. It's becoming clearer now. So the question is will the Xtrend ET-8500 DVB-C/T2 tuner fit the ET-9500? As always thanks for the help.

Not to me, you started asking about an et8000 and now it's an et9500.

Sorry for the confusion. I have two Xtrend receivers. An ET-8000 and an ET-9500. I was just wondering if the DVB-C/T2 tuner for the ET-8500 doesn't work in the ET-8000 would it work in the ET-9500? I'm guessing no. I have now ordered the proper tuner for the ET-8000 from Germany. So thanks for all the help today guys...
