Crash log attached re recording crashes

    Hi all

Last few days been getting crashes each time I have tried to record an iptv channel. I have updated to 8 just now but still the same as was on 7.

Please can someone take a look at my log attached and let me know

What options have you got in Graphical EPG?
Does the service have valid EPG data?

If you record without using G-EPG, i.e just pressing the record button, does that work?

There is a similar crash elsewhere, when ready we will send you a file to test. Sorry, no timescales.

In fact, could you please be more explicit about what you are doing?
If the G-EPG is showing when this happens, which key(s) are you pressing to start a recording, and at what point does the crash happen?

Hi Abu, answered this yesterday when you asked. It doesn't crash when you just press record whilst watching the channel

What happens if you press Add Timer with the current programme selected in the EPG?
