    My VU+ solo2 dead

    My receiver doesn't start at all, just red button on the screen thats all.
    If I try to put usb stick and turn on nothing shows on the screen ...
    I ve took cover and fan doesn't work.

    I've conected receiver via ethernet cable to the router but router doesn't show me receiver IP.

    What can I do ?

    look up on here red light of death threads to some help on how to go about a fix or return the receiver to a sat dealer who can fix the problem

    Its an external power supply on the solo2 so dont bother searching the forum for red light fixes. Try another power supply first. Its 12v 3.5A rated.

    Or if the mains plug is fused check that the fuse hasn't blown.
