    satellite problem in signal finder

    Hi

I have a problem trying to scan a frequency on 28.2E. Going into the signal finder the satellite is stuck on 16E and cant be changed, so it obviously wont scan. Viewing is fine on both tuners, and no recordings in progress. Any ideas?

Set up: 4 tuners. Tuner A on a fixed dish (Single), Tuner B equal to Tuner A, Tuner C on a motorised dish (Advanced) and Tuner D second cable of motorised LNB tuner C. No problems scanning on the motorised satellites.

    Many thanks.

in tuner setup-tuner config-signal finder you have your settings on that tuner--- see top line, press right arrow> on remote to change to next tuner.
if tuner A is 28.2 it should show that sat.

    Hi Cactikid
That's the strange thing. Tuner A is set to 28.2 but the satellite say 16. Think it only happened recently when I went back from 5.0.31 to 5.0.13.
