Can the image decode .mp4 and .mkv on the fly just like .ts ?

So if you look at the actual bouquet file itself if you have one of the URLs with .mp4 in it, does that that work ok just like .ts ?

    Re: "%3".

I can edit the code so it works both ways. i.e. with or without an encoded url.

That's a great idea. It would resolve both scenarios.

I'll try to test this more over weekend.

    Thanks again Huevos

May actually be best to leave it as it currently stands as it's more flexible so ignore my suggestion
I agree. No point trying to stick to a fixed url format. And anyway not all streams even have a username and password at all, so let's stick to just "url" and "target".

Ok, this version deals with the url encoding issue. So now you should be able to just cut and paste your URLs into the CustomMix file whether they are encoded or not.

Is there a way to use another box IP address? ie use my vu uno 4k as server box then use custommix to add virgin channels from that to another box in the custommix.

I have used openwebif to generate an m3u but when opening it, it doesn't end in .ts.

    Code:
    http://IPadress:port/1:0:19:A2B:1A:F020:FFFF0000:0:0:0:

What's the location for this file once the urls have been copied across please?

\usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\SystemPlugins\Auto BouquetsMaker the py files go in the scanner folder the custommix goes in custom.

Probably best saving a copy of the original pyo files somewhere save then you can easily restore them if it causes issues

What does it matter if it ends in.ts? Just needs to be a stream URL that enigma2 understands.

Can you use this with the custom region, ie use ABM to remove all the blocked transponders and then add back in just some of the IPTV channels. Many IPTV providers will not have all the missing channels, like the +1 channels.

I wondered how long it would be before someone asked that.

Just use HD/SD region. Add streams to the channels you want. Delete the channels you can't open.
