I cannot remember what I done to cause the crash or whether or not I done anything to cause it. I known I was having trouble with it before this message came up as it was only giving me channels 1 to 5, and no other channels was showing. It has been working fine for about a year. I am guessing my gift has expired?

If there is a fix, you might have to talk me through it step by step as I am pretty new to understanding how these boxes work.

    Kindest Regards
    Andrew
