You need a working system before you can couch flash - does the box boot up normally?
no it just says "welcome" on the box display and the openvix all your support needs on the tv screen it doesn't count up or anything
Use a different browser to download the image.

You are extracting the image to fat32 formatted usb drive? You tried the rear usb port as well as the front one?

Yes fully formatted to fat32, extract image and put on usb, yes tried both front and rear usb slots, anyone know if it’s possible to connect through the rs232 port ? And if so how ?
