Rewind and fast forward not smooth

    Hi all.

I have persisted with this for a long time now. I have a vu plus solo 2 with enigma 2 and vix.
When i have a recording or pause and rewind or live tv it's just not smooth. It even is really slow or jumps to beginning it's just not nice to use generally.
I have just added the kodi pluggin for some stored media and it is the same on that too.. It really frustrates me.
I know the number button can be used to skip but just don't understand why rewind and fast forward are so awkward to use.

And FYI it is most likely a driver related issue so you would need to ask Vu+ directly, its nothing to do with the ViX image, purely a driver issue.

I have wondered whether this could be hard drive issue for a while but the issue now happens on two different drives. My normal recordings go onto an internal 2.5" drive that came out of my old laptop. My movie database is off an external caddy drive that I converted from an old desktop it has a seperate powersupply.
