Hauppauge 1191 WinTV-HVR-955Q USB TV Tuner

Hello All
Got A question for the VIX team, I have the Octagon SF4008 and I know it supports different types of USB tuners, Under Plugins/drivers , there is drivers for this tuner that I purchased, Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q USB TV Tuner, after every thing was connected the tuner does no show under the tuner configuration, I try rebooting the receiver many times, re-loaded the drivers and still not able to see this tuner, I know the Hauppauge tuners 850 and 950 work but not the 955q, even if the drivers are there for this tuner, does the VIX team knows how to turn it on and make sure the tuner is recognize? or do I need to download more drivers or plugins.
I would Appreciate any help on this matter.

I believe is 1x twin tuners, I only have 2 connections for the internal tuners.

I am sorry, i wont guess what you have as that could cause problems. There is/was an issue with the SF4008. I wont go into details yet to avoid confusion.

You can take a pciture of rear showing tuner cards and upload it. Same for devices page.

I have the SF4008 with an OptiCombo USB cable tuner which works fine.
Both original tuners (sat and cable) in my box are twin tuners but the second slot only supports one tuner.
I found this out by accident when I swapped the tuners over because one of my cables was a bit short.
I had twin sat / single cable originally and it became twin cable / single sat.

Ok abu, I will wait until I get home and take some pictures, but the problem is with every image not just VIX.

I was mistaken, the number of tuners restriction does not apply to usb tuners.

Best to install by command line, that will show any errors.

That is a vendors stock picture. Abu wanted a picture of your rear receiver to see what tuner cards you had installed.
