    DVB-S2 Tuner Fail - DVB-C/T/T2 fine

    Hi,

I purchased this great STB from yourselves on 02/10/2016

    Xtrend ET8500 1x DVB-S2 + 1x DVB-C/T/T2 COMBO Linux Enigma 2 Linux HD Digital Receiver PVR Ready
    - Enigma 2 Firmware / Image Options (Flashed Free Of Charge): OpenXTA (Nightly Bui..
    - Fitted HDD Options: 500GB HDD 2.5" ..
    - Networking Powerline Homeplugs: Not required
    - USB Storage: Not Required
    - USB WiFi Option: Not required

Since April It doesn't find a signal on the DVB-S2 tuner.
I have tried it on vix, openatv, various versions
I swapped it to a different slot
The sat connection is fine because I've plugged it into another box and a signal is found.
The card is recognised by the box but when you tune it picks up nothing
    ABM fails straight away
I have exhausted all avenues, unless anyone else has any ideas?

    DVB-C/T/T2 works perfectly

Service Searching > Manual Scan > Select Satellite tuner at top > set type of scan to single tuner > press ok to scan, post the results.

What exact image are you using? When was the last time you re-scanned?
