    Tune failed only 4 channels.

    Hey guys iv had this problem for a while now it's not really bothered me that much until now. Iv got tune failed on 4 movie channels, Family HD, Action HD, Comedy HD, and Thriller HD. The only channels that says this they're SD versions are fine I'm puzzled. Any ideas. I'm using vu ultimo 4k DVB-C tuner I'm running vix 5.0.025

    Which frequency are they on?
    What is your signal quality on that particular frequency?
    What is the signal strength on that particular frequncy?

    Frequencies are 571000 and 579000 and there's no signal at all on those 4 channels.
