How to setup VU+

Hello,

Iv got the VU+ Uno 4K Cable box with Vix image. Can someone let me know what else I need to do to complete the setup of the box. Also if someone can PM how to add a cable line to the box in detail. I'm new to VU+ Vix boxes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oscam is your only option when purchasing/using a 4K receiver (ARM).

Can someone let me know how to setup autobouqet in Vix (version May 2017) for VM cable please? I have done the below so far but no channels are showing or playing:

1. Enabled the tuners on VU+ Uno 4K
2. Scanned channels and received 600+ channels
3. Set the VM net ID

Oscam is enabled and running but I'm not sure the config file is setup properly? Can someone help with the oscam.cfg for FTA channels please?

I'm new to Vix.

You don't need oscam configs for the FTA channels. There are only 5 Free To Air channels on cable. Just because a channel is free on satellite, it doe snot mean it is free on cable.

Autobouquets E2 28.2 will not work on Cable. If you want to use LraiZer's plugin, you have to use the Cable plugin. The most recent version is September 2016. Most people here use AutoBouquetsMaker instead.

There are three different plugins:-
AutoBouquets E2 28.2 by Lraizer > Does 28.2 satellite only
AutoBouquets C2 Cable by Lraizer > Does UK and RoI cable
AutoBouquetsMaker by OE-Alliance > Does lots of providers

iv got the 5 basic sd channels working. Now that that's working, I'm looking to add a line so how do I setup oscam once I have a line please? I'm just asking for how to setup details, not line details. Cheers.

We don't do line talk here. This is the second thread you have brought this issue up. Please bear rule 4 in mind.

One option for the rule break is a ban. You will then lose out on the what the forum has to offer.
