    &TV HD - please add it to whitelist

    Could the people behind ABM kindly add &tv HD to the whitelist. It works, I have manually added it to the provider file sat_282_sky_uk.xml but whenever I update software or config files it obviously downloads from source and therefore doesn't have it added.

    channel ID 5050 channel number 795

    whitelist_by_id = [
    1003, # MUTV HD
    1019, # CNN HD
    1047, # Insight HD
