Add Terrestial Transmitter

How do I add the Hertford terrestrial transmitter. Is it simply a matter of adding the appropriate detail to terrestial.xml? if so, does anyone have the detail already work out?

Thanks abu,
I have added the channels to terrestrial.xml and can now scan the transmitter. I assume I will lose the update at the next software release. Is there a way of having the changes added to the master?

xml file in etc/enigma2 is not touched.

Now I have the Hertford transmitter, I have tried ABM which fails with a : Tuner failed fatal message. When I look in the ABM Providers under FreeView, Hertford is missing from : FreeView(UK) : area I guess I need to add something to another file?
