    IPTV Freezing after 20 seconds

    Hi there,

Since everything got switched off ive been working with the idea of replacing the missing channels with IPTV streams. I recently bought a service which included some streams when playing the streams on the VU they will work fine for around 30 seconds and then freeze. when playing on VLC they work fine. not a networking isssue. also upgraded to the latest version of VIX to see if this would resolve it but no.. if i come off the channel then go back on this fixes the issue but id have to do it every 30 seconds.

    Hi,
perhaps your bought service is not using a proper stream. Which service is it?

Most of them are c**p all leeching off the same overloaded source. Motorise your dish instead.

Tend to agree, I would never have thought of looking on Ebay for IPTV ............ I use Ebay for some hardware, but you have to be so so careful and I would expect IPTV to be a likely rip off

to be fair i have tired a few free trials from sellers on ebay and i must say that they were probably the most stable out of all the trials i tired.

plus you have 40 days comeback with paypal if you have any trouble. IMHO ebay is a safer place to buy than others

Box is cabled directly into the router via ethernet. Its strange as it works fine on VLC which would lead me to believe its not the stream. i dont really know what else to try..

Its just added as a stream using E-channelizer as an m3u in the bouquet , i attempted to make my own as i liked the idea of using satellite for some channels and only IPTV for the others..
