    External HDD trouble

I have a 4tb HDD (mains powered) which i used to use on my old vu+ duo which worked fine. I plug it into my xtrend via usb port at the rear. I dont want to initialize as im not wanting to wipe nearly 4000GB of data i have stored. music/movies,etc.

    If i check HDD
    i get an error:
/dev/sdb1 contains ntfs file system labelled 'seagate expansion Drive'
fsck.ext3: Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/sdb1

    Any help on this please?

Alsoif i go to mount manager it says its unavailable

It looks like is formatted to NTFS. You may need to install the NFTS drivers from the plugins if they are available.

What image are you using? OpenVix has 1.0-r0.

Added the driver and rebooted done a check on HDD and got this error

    error: e2fsck -b 32768 (device)

/dev/sdb1 contains ntfsfile system labelled 'seagate exp. drive'
All of which indicates that the ntfs driver isn't in place.
