I was just wondering the difference between the latest vix image for my box a vu solo 2 and vix open atv image?
Also where can this be downloaded from as not in the image download section?

Not much real difference to be honest, with the exception of skins and included plugins etc. Just try a few and see what best fits your needs.
The main difference however is that ViX is built primarily for English users where as ATV is natively German, although they both carry various translation packs for other languages.

In general Larry is correct, although in recent times OpenATV & OpenViX have greater differences in some of the E2 code (I think the FBC tuner suport code is different) and in some of the receiver feature support facilities (eg Multiboot, Arm receiver couch flash)
