    Trying to update

    Trying to update to latest image. But vu+ zero box is continuing to blink for last 15 mins without reloading ? Is the latest update supposed to take so long?

    How are you updating image manager or usb and from what build need more info
    Mutant HD2400 , 2 x DVB-S/S2, 2x DVB-T/T2/C ,OpenVix version 5.1.0028 , Simple Ten Eighty skin , and Tosh picons , remote Harmony 650, Amazon firestick

    I can't even get back to my normal screen to check this information and trying to access through image manager not possible cause I cannot connect or find box .think I have broken it

    I have deleted the update off stick and now back on start up but my remote wont work now

    Try and place the image back onto the usb make sure it is Fat32 format and try again , what size usb are you using

    I had setup my remote to be on the 2nd code so it's possible you have done the same at some point. Have you got any other vu remotes you could try? if not set your remote back to option 1 and try again.

    Hi walt .... I'm pretty screwed at the moment . My screen is frozen and only have access to dream box control centre and webif
