S*Y box broken and need to buy alternative

    Hi All
I am looking to replace a s*y box and i have a budget of around £150 ish. I have 2 sat inputs but no cable or terrestrial.
I would like to be able to watch one and record one and also integrate an iptv service i currently use.
Although in my 60's i am reasonably tec savvy and have an android tv with kodi etc available.
For she who must be obeyed i am looking for something as similar to sly as poss with a decent remote.
As an extra question i would like to have an internal hard drive but not sure what size as we dont record that much..Usually reality crxxp the she likes.
Any help and advice would be appreciated.

My recommendation would be the Vu+ Solo2 receiver >> http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...llite-Receiver , but this is above your budget but well worth it. A fantastic receiver with a fantastic remote.
If the above is a no option then you could look at this >> http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...twin-satellite
But I can't stress enough how brilliant the Vu+ Solo2 is!

    Or Mutant HD51 http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...nt-mutant-hd51

I would go with one of Sicilian's recommendations.
The HD51 has one of the latest Arm chips supports 4K and also runs Kodi well, Mut@nt also provides excellent support.

    AX HD61, Edision Osmio 4K+, Zgemma H9Combo, Octagon SF8008 , gbtrio4k, h9se using unicable ports

    Complicated?
I hava an Android media player, and have to trust that some nameless people/person will one day get it to work 100% (.. p.s. Never happen ).
With these E2 receivers you can talk directly to the people that develop the image(s) and for them its a hobby not money
    ..... not so complicated

I've just listed a Solo² for sale. I'm asking £150 delivered with a 1TB hard drive installed.
