solo2 tuner help

hi everyone
I was hoping you could help me or know any one who would possibly have more info on the matter, I have a solo2 I was wanting to remove the standard twin sat tuner and re solder and twin cable tuner in replace. would this be possible and get it to recognise it as cannot get twin usb tuner
any help appreciated
