    Vix crash, motor stuck

Hi all, over the past year on various versions of Vix on my Duo2, if my box ever freezes and I cannot telnet to restart I have to soft power off at the back. After this my motor won't move from the last satellite it was on and I have to physically get the ladders out to climb up and reset the motor. Is there any other way I can reset the motor from the box as my bad knees are getting too old for them ladders.
Sorry I don't have error logs but they were just general random freezes nothing consistent.
    Thanks for any help guys.

Possibly its the motor locking up the receiver. If the motor has locked up then the only way to reset it is the way you are doing it. Check the coax, connectors, condition of the motor etc.

thanks Ronand but usually the crashes are probably memory related when using kodi, iptv player or xcplugin and Tuner A and B aren't in use

Then stop using the plugins if they are crashing the receiver.
