    EPG crash log

    Hello all,
Please excuse my ignorance, but I am very new to satellite entertainment and also posting on forums.

I am looking for a simple explanation and fix as to why my receiver is crashing during accessing the EPG menu?

I managed to upload a log to what appears this site / Vix team, however I am unsure what to do now. The log ref is# 149276124.97.

Hopefully someone can help a newbie, I am totally lost.

    Thanks

to update a log you need to ftp into your box and navigate to home/logs, and move the file to your desktop, once there, attach the file on here. a ref number will not help

Again, my apologies for not knowing. The log was sent via the receiver directly. I am using a tablet to access this site. How do I get a "log" from my receiver to my tablet in order to post the log on here?

All the "upload" information directs me to this website. Yes I see point 19 states that this crappy box is not supported here. So what does one do?
I have contacted the seller but surprise surprise no reply from them.

Thread closed. No more support than contact the person you bought the box from can be given.
Also, it's not running ViX, no matter what that image tells you.
