    Hello All
I saw a video on how to install kodi on open-eight, they want to install kodi from the feed first, what that this means?
    Appreciate your comments.
    Regards.

The same area where you download and install drivers.

You will find Kodi in downloadable plugins.
Use the remote, Press the menu key, then select plugins. Press the green button for downloadable plugins. Kodi will be found under extensions in downloadable plugins.

    Hello el bandido
I have downloaded the plugin on several images, but when its launch it does not launch it, it comes back to the plugins screen, I have created a swap file on the hard drive , than I saw this video and ask to install Kodi from the feed first I thought there is something else I have to do.
    Thanks for your comments.

The swap files are created for Kodi and are certainly part of the build for teh HD51..... just rechecked and the SF4008 Kodi build creates a swap so no need to add one.
The swap just uses one of the spare partitions on the emmc --- after all its big enough and most of the space is not used by most receivers...... total waste
