Connector from Virgin Media cable to DVB-C

    I have a Gigablue Quad+ with 2xDVB-S and 2xDVB-T/C tuners.
I have the DVB-S tuners connected to a dish pointing and 28.2E and I'm very happy with that setup

I also have a Virgin Media broadband connection and I've heard there are some free view channels on that same cable. Is that true?

So I want to split the VM signal and route 1 to the VM Modem and 1 to the DBV-C in the Gigablue.

The VM co-ax is a connection I haven't seen before (it's not an F-Connector). Does any know if what I'm trying to do it possible and if so, what connector do I need?

    Thanks

Yeah it takes a coax plug just as easy as an F connector to fit on the end of you're cable.

You could fit an F connector and just add this on http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...socket-adapter

The VM connector going into my broadband is definitely not RF COAX or F-Connector. It's slighted bigger.

There are very limited fta channels on cable. Think around 8. You are better of using an aerial plugged into the tuner and get much more channels that way

Do you have a pic of the cable? I have a SH3 and two boxes and they all have female F-Type connections!
