    You can receive the channel, but cannot decrypt it. Have you checked entitlements on your card?

    All my other boxes such as furguson Ariva 202e dm700s and dvb500hd decrypts ok with no issues. Only my Xtrend, miracle box premium ultra and Vu +duo which are enigma 2 boxes are unable to decrypt zee channels.

    If you can see EPG data, do not get tuner failed. That means you are receiving the channel. As mentioned earlier, receiving is not the same as decrypting/clearing.

    What softcam/emulator are you using?
