i've a cable sub using the miraclebox premium micro , there is no 4k channels on cable so just using for a sub waste of money. Though I'm guessing these more expensive boxes boot up much quicker I can't fault mine when on fast zap etc, does a great job for live TV only. I'd just go with a half decent new box if only want for live TV as be no 4k content anytime soon on cable.

my Ultimo has both the DVB-S & DVB-C FBC Tuners i also fitted one of my Dual DVB-S Tuners in it from my Duo2, and last night i was just messing around Recording Channels and i had 22 Recordings going at the same time and every one of the recordings played back perfectly, now that's some recording capability and i have not got a Unicable LNB Fitted yet just 3 ordinary sat cables from a Sky Dish as the 4th cable is in the Front Room so as far as i am concerned a 4k Receiver with FBC Tuners is the way to go

There are no 4K channels on cable and lots of test 4K channels if you have a moterized dish

    PHP Code:
    http://en.kingofsat.net/ultrahd.php?&standard=All&ordre=freq&filtre=no&aff=zap
All PM,s asking about c/s on cable will be ignored and reported to forum staff!
