HbbtV browser not running

Dear all
When I tried to enter into the HbbtV plugin I did not get in. Message: HbbTV browser not running.

I also cannot get into the Wikipedia plugin. On the other hand Youtube works, also Opera browser.

I reflashed with USB stick and restored settings. Also a deinstallation of HbbTV and Wikipeida and new installation did not help.

What is you recommendations?

Swiss TV has HbbTV and it worked perfectly well in January. The last incident I had with my box was about 1 week ago. After the overnight EPG update it did not wake up anymore and I had to restart it completely. Could it be that I have a cash problem, which is now affecting HbbTV?

looks fine. I would uninstall and installed it again

Hbbtv works again.

With image 5.0.016 and reloading the plugins Hbbtv works again.

Not possible with the Giga I don’t think. Is the Hbbtv plugin available in the feeds?

Hi Yusat

Jump on SRF info HD (the only channel which is not scrambled). There you should get into Swiss TV HbbTV > SRFinfo_StartApp. The only thing you do not see is the prompt that you have to click on the red button (sometimes twice).

Hi yusat

When starting hbbt plugin, did you get a pop-up with the prompt "Please choose an HbbTV application"?
When and how did you install your HbbTV plugin? I downloaded mine through the plugin download manager. (hbbtv (5.1+git6621).
Maybe the download provides you a different version for gigablue.
I suggest you uninstall the hbbtv plugin and download it again.
