Hi i need help with a tm nano 2t the epg seems to be working it lets you know whats on tv but when you select the channel it moves to the channel
and after a while the screen goes blank.this has happens after a software update.thanks.

Try an image update to reload the latest software. Do a settings restore and then a plugs in restore when it asks you.

Hi the image seems to be fine and so is the epg it gets all the terrestrial channels and every thing shows up in the epg.
Hi the epg seems fine it shows every thing the channels when you turn over to them just are not there even though the name of the channel and the program show up in the epg
If you mean that the encrypted channels like Sky Sports and movies are black that is what to expect unless you have a subscription card.

Hi my some one updated my box with the latest vix image(didn't ask them they just said that a new image was out and before i could say its no it was downloaded) and after that i have lost all my programs i just want all my channels back i tried to follow the tutorial in the link that you sent me but some of the settings looked different and may have lost my way.
How are you decrypting your card? CCcam or Oscam?
i will have to find out from the person who set up the box for now i will factory reset and flash the box as these are the only things i can do. thanks
