Best single tuner to run VIX

My VU solo packed up today. The box won't load and can't flash it.

Looking for a new single tuner for the bedroom, any suggestions of a cost effective box that will run VIX?

    Cheers

I am not as clever as the team on here,,, But it really all depends on what you want.

I have a Mutant single tuner which I got from WoS for £70 and its great for watching in teh Bedroom..... I have a Miracle Box in my front room which is good...

The Mutant cant take a HDD, and cant be expanded to a dual tuner if I ever wanted it to. You have to work out what you want then I would suggest giving World Of Satellite a call..

What I would deffo say is avoid crappy boxes. Get one from WOS,,,, you know you will get great service from them, and you will get great service from teh team here....

Thanks, will check that box out. I was looking at the VU Zero, but seems a little pricey for what it is.

Only one USB, don't really need HDD. Just found this box on the site http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/...-SF8-HD-XP1000

    Looks like a winner.

Good buy. I like it also, especially it's size. Having one almost 2 years.
